Chop and lightly stew the onion.

Add shredded cabbage and cook 10–12 minutes until soft.

For the batter, mix flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, plant milk, and olive oil.

Place the cooked cabbage into a baking dish and pour the batter over it.

Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C.
