Cooked or canned chickpeas120 g
Mushrooms (champignons)75 g
Carrot40 g

Finely chop the mushrooms.

To stew onion, carrot, and mushrooms for 6–7 minutes.

Blend the chickpeas together with the cooked vegetables and mushrooms.

Add oat flour and spices, then mix well.

Form patties and either pan-fry them or bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Serve with a cucumber and herb salad and a side of brown rice, buckwheat, or mashed potatoes.
