Red lentils (soaked overnight)60 g
Cauliflower100 g
Onion30 g

Instructions

Blend the soaked lentils and cauliflower in a blender.

Lightly stew the onion.

Mix everything together with oat flour and spices.

Shape into small balls and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C until golden.

Serve with a fresh cucumber and tomato salad and tahini sauce.
