Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Blend the roasted cauliflower with cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth to make a creamy sauce.

Chickpeas (or Chicken breast) can be lightly roasted with spices together with the cauliflower.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Toss the pasta with the cauliflower cream sauce, chickpeas, and spinach.
