Champignon mushrooms90 g

Instructions

Cut peppers in half and mushrooms into pieces.

Roast for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Cook pasta separately.

In a pan, heat tomatoes, garlic, spices, and soy sauce.

Add roasted mushrooms and peppers (peel skin off peppers) and simmer 3–4 minutes.

Mix with cooked pasta and serve.
