Fish fillet110 g

Instructions

Cook the rice for about 25 minutes until tender.

Place the fish, broccoli, and sliced carrots on a baking tray.

Add garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and a little lemon juice if desired.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
