Instructions

Chop cabbage into small pieces and roast for 30–35 minutes at 180°C.

To stew onion and carrot for 5 minutes.

Add canned tomatoes, rice, lentils, and spices.

Pour in water and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked.

Add roasted cabbage.

Simmer all together for 5 more minutes.
