Dried apricots80 g

Instructions

Blend the tofu with the plant-based milk until smooth.

Chop the dried apricots into small pieces.

Mix the tofu mixture with dried fruit, oat flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
